Trader asks Canada's Competition Tribunal to shoot down CarGurus case

( June 24, 2016, 22:14 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Auto listing website CarGurus shouldn't get permission to sue rival Trader, Trader said in a filing with Canada's Competition Tribunal. Trader said that Cargurus "has failed to provide sufficient credible evidence" that it has been directly affected by Trader's actions, or that Trader committed any wrongdoing.
