Ruling on automobile global joint venture postponed by Brazil CADE's Tribunal

At today’s ruling session, agency Councilor Gustavo Augusto Freitas de Lima, who is overseeing the case at the Tribunal, said the parties attempted to submit a settlement proposal but failed to send it within the deadline.
