( July 20, 2017, 21:20 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A Brazilian probe into water contracts involving Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo, or Sabesp, was closed for lack of evidence, according to a statement released today in the case file. Serviço Autônomo de Saneamento Ambiental de Santo André had filed a complaint with the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, accusing Sabesp of abusive pricing and margin squeeze practices in its water contracts.
