Bilim İlaç, Drogsan sanctioned for no-poach agreement in Turkey

( August 22, 2024, 16:13 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Turkey’s competition authority has closed an investigation into pharmaceutical companies Bilim İlaç and Drogsan over a no-poach agreement in the labor market. The authority said it had reviewed a settlement application by the companies, and imposed fines of just over 155 million lira (around $4.6 million) on Bilim İlaç, and of just over 30 million lira ($900,000) on Drogsan. This decision showed its “determined approach to anticompetitive agreements in Turkish labor markets.”Statement follows....
