DOJ seeks to delay cement price-fixing litigation six more months to pursue related criminal probe

( July 19, 2019, 20:15 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Justice Department has requested an additional six-month delay in civil litigation alleging price-fixing of cement so it can continue pursuing a related criminal investigation. The civil litigation is focused on the ready mix concrete and cement market in Georgia and South Carolina and names companies including Argos, Holcim and Cemex as defendants.
