Town of Indian River Shores, City of Vero Beach resolve lawsuit alleging market allocation of essential water services

( October 26, 2022, 22:50 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Town of Indian River Shores and defendant the City of Vero Beach told a US federal court that they have reached a resolution of their litigation alleging a market allocation agreement over obtaining essential water services. As part of a joint motion requiring compliance with a stipulation and dismissing the case that was filed in US District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the City will not impede, restrain or restrict the County and Town from discussing or negotiating the possibility of the County providing water, wastewater and reclaimed water services to the Town and its residents.See document below....
