Chinese steel racks subsidized and dumped in the US, Commerce finds

( July 18, 2019, 20:25 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: China dumped steel rack products in the US at margins of 18.06 to 144.50 percent, the Commerce Department investigation's final results said. The department also determined that Chinese exporters and producers of steel racks were subsidized at margins of 1.50 to 102.23 percent.
