US Commerce adjusts antidumping duties on rebar from Taiwan to conform with trade court ruling

( May 10, 2022, 13:16 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Commerce Department has amended the antidumping duty order for steel concrete reinforced bar imported from Taiwan between March 7, 2017, and Sept. 30, 2018, to conform to the Court of International Trade's ruling in Power Steel Co., Ltd. v. US on Apr. 28, 2022. Commerce has now assigned a de minimis antidumping rate to Power Steel for its rebar imported from Taiwan during the period under investigation.See document below....
