German Competition Authority: Bundeskartellamt fines home-appliance manufacturers EU 1.4 mln

( April 30, 2007, 09:35 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Bundeskartellamt has issued a fine of 1.4 million euros against Groupe SEB Deutschland GmbH and Krups GmbH for illegally imposing minimum price levels on traders of their products from 2003 to 2005. The two companies are both part of French Groupe SEB and are responsible for brands such as Rowenta, Tefal and Krups.The press release in German follows....
