Individual defendants separated from original international cartel probe into maritime-transport in Brazil due to notification failure

( July 18, 2019, 13:05 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: 30 foreign individuals included in an international cartel probe into maritime transport were removed from the original probe and included in a separate one, according to a statement today. The Administrative Council for Economic Defense was unable to notify them of their probes, but did notify others in the probe.
