( March 17, 2016, 07:57 GMT | Insight) -- The president of Rice Aircraft Services Inc and Eagle Copters Ltd, contracted by the Philippine Department of National Defense for the procurement of 21 refurbished Huey combat helicopters worth 1.2 billion pesos ($25.8 million) in 2013, are facing graft charges, alongside Defense Secretary Voltaire Gazmin and several other defense and military officials, the Philippine Star reports.
