The Rupert Murdoch-owned media firm already holds a 30 percent stake in Tata Sky through its investment arm, Network Digital Distribution Services FZ, and is looking to bump up its holding and its footing in India, the world's largest DTH market by number of subscribers. The deal will require government approval, because Indian regulations stipulate a 20 percent cap on foreign investments in media cross-holdings, and fellow Murdoch firm News Corp. already owns Star TV Network in India.  ...
