IP tribunal of China's top court accepted 25 civil antitrust appeals in 2023

( February 26, 2024, 05:53 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The intellectual property tribunal of China’s Supreme People’s Court accepted 25 appeals involving civil antitrust matters over the past year, compared to 15 such cases in 2022, according to the 2023 annual report recently published by the tribunal. Separately, the tribunal also accepted 19 appeals last year against antitrust penalties imposed by government agencies, compared to 24 in 2022.The text of the annual report is attached....
