Evergreen Marine's price-fixing acquittal challenged by South Korean competition regulator at Supreme Court
By Jenny Lee ( February 26, 2024, 03:14 GMT | Insight) -- An appeal has been launched against Evergreen Marine by the South Korean competition regulator, contesting a court decision that reversed antitrust sanctions levied on the company for allegations that it participated in a shipping line price-fixing cartel. According to court documents seen by MLex, the appeal was filed on Feb. 20 by the Korea Fair Trade Commission to the Supreme Court.
