UPS wins over EUR300,000 in costs from EU court after veto of TNT deal annulled

( August 25, 2020, 15:21 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: United Parcel Service, or UPS, has won 270,250 euros in costs from the European Commission, following the 2017 annulment of the EU merger regulator's veto of its takeover of TNT. Fedex, which supported the commission during UPS' appeal at the bloc's General Court, was ordered to pay 56,000 euros.
