South Korea's Coupang, CPLB receive antitrust fines for falsifying subcontracting prices

The Korea Fair Trade Commission said these practices were a direct violation of the country's subcontracting regulations, which mandate clear documentation of contracts to safeguard supplier rights and reduce disputes.South Korean e-commerce giant Coupang and its subsidiary CPLB have been fined 178 million won (about $134,000) by the country's competition watchdog for falsifying subcontracting prices in purchase orders....
