Fiserv withdrew, refiled US antitrust paperwork for First Data deal; expects other filings to be done in March

( March 13, 2019, 13:50 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Fiserv voluntarily withdrew antitrust paperwork with US antitrust authorities for its proposed deal with First Data and refiled notification under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act in early March, Fiserv said in a securities filing. Fiserv said the deal also requires approvals from antitrust authorities in Austria, Canada, Colombia, Mexico, Poland and the United Kingdom.
