'Leniency plus' set to boost Indian watchdog's enforcement campaign against cartels

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs announced that the program would become effective on Feb. 20 under the 2023 Competition (Amendment) Act. The Competition Commission of India will enforce the law as soon as the regulations are published.
