Brazilian watchdog approves KPMG Risk Advisory Service, BDO deal with conditions
By Flavia Fortes ( October 9, 2013, 18:05 GMT | Insight) -- Brazil's antitrust agency has approved KPMG Risk Advisory Service's buyout of BDO Auditores Independentes and BDO Consultores with conditions. KPMG is prohibited from buying auditing companies with large enterprise clients for the next 24 months.
