Order that Facebook disclose victim's messages must be reconsidered by trial court, California top court says

The trial court erred “by conducting an incomplete assessment of the relevant factors and interests” when it denied Facebook’s request to halt the subpoena, Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye wrote.
