Capacitor direct purchasers seek final approval of Nichicon, Rubycon settlement

( March 1, 2019, 22:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Direct purchaser plaintiffs have asked US District Judge James Donato to grant final approval to their settlement with Nichicon and Rubycon to resolve allegations that the companies conspired to fix the prices of capacitors. Under the agreement, Nichicon would pay $90 million and Rubycon would pay $18 million, with an additional $12 million in contingent payments based on its financial performance.See document below....
