​Nanjing court publishes rulings against concrete companies

( December 12, 2014, 05:39 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Nanjing Intermediate People’s Court has published the decisions against three concrete companies in Jiangsu Province that brought a lawsuit against the Jiangsu Price Bureau. The companies, Nanjing Construction Group and Nanjing Jiasheng Concrete and Nanjing Dadi Wanhong Concrete, were previously fined by the regulator for price fixing. The court concluded that the counsel of the companies provided false evidence that misled the court and that the allegations weren’t justified.The rulings are attached....
