HeidelbergCement, Thoma Bravo get EU approval for Command Alkon deal

The European Commission said the deal would raise no competition concerns since the companies wouldn’t have the incentive to shut out other players. Furthermore, HeidelbergCement wouldn’t be able to use Command Alkon’s software to gain sensitive information on its rivals, the watchdog said.Statement follows....
