Private damages claim against Henkel, Unilever, others thrown out by French court

The suit followed criticism, currently under appeal, by the French competition authority of these companies for participating in a cartel. The plaintiff alleged that the companies' unlawful practices led to an increase in prices and sought to be compensated for damages.
