Swisscom need not block domains for websites that stream pirated movies, court says

The tribunal rejected a legal challenge brought by a company that enjoys partial copyright in the country for the movies in question. The court clarified that because Swisscom doesn't contribute to the copyright breach as such, it may not be obliged to block access to those websites.Statement follows in German. ...
