Biosense Webster wins judgment against US tying case over catheters

Innovative accused Biosense of illegally tying the purchase of catheters to the ongoing operation of its CARTO 3 cardiac mapping system. US District Judge James V. Selna determined that there is not sufficient customer demand for each of the two products to show separate markets and the fact that most hospitals have stopped providing their own support in favor of accepting free support offered by Biosense shows that it is a value-add for Biosense customers.See document below. ...
