Unnamed school pays Spanish GDPR fine

The complainant alleged that the school’s use of Chromebook devices violates data protection rights. Following an investigation, the regulator found the company failed to provide sufficient information on data processing and that it lacked a contract between the controller and the processor under Article 28 of the GDPR.
