PSA-Fiat Chrysler deal to close by end-March; won't be delayed by EU regulatory review, says Fiat's Manley

Echoing a view aired earlier this week by PSA's head Carlos Tavares, Manley said the ongoing in-depth EU merger review isn't expected to cause any delays.
