Bridgestone, Goodyear, Continental, Nokian confirm EU antitrust dawn raids (update*)

The European Commission said it conducted dawn raids at the premises of companies in several EU countries. Its probe focuses on new replacement tires for passenger cars, vans, trucks and buses, it said.Bridgestone, Goodyear, Germany’s Continental and Finland’s Nokian are among companies targeted by EU antitrust raids in the tire industry today on suspicion of collusion. Italy's Pirelli and French firm Michelin have also reportedly been raided....
