​Guangdong HEC Technology announces two deals with Japan’s UACJ, subject to antitrust clearance

( February 17, 2016, 03:01 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Japanese aluminum manufacturer UACJ has agreed to acquire a 24-percent stake in Ruyuan Dong Yang Guang Fine Foil from Guangdong HEC Technology and Mitsui & Co. and set up a joint venture with HEC Technology to engage in the sale of Ruyuan’s products in China, HEC Technology said today in a stock exchange filing. Ruyuan manufactures and sells rolled aluminum and aluminum foil products. Both deals are subject to antitrust approval by China’s Ministry of Commerce.The two statements are attached....
