Amazon-Future Coupons feud not a matter for arbitration, Indian regulator claims

Only the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal can decide whether the Competition Commission of India is right or wrong, the lawyer representing the regulator said when questioning how a self-appointed arbitration tribunal could review an antitrust order decided by a statutory body. The development adds a new complication to the Amazon-Future battle, which is being fought across four different legal forums.
