Alleged Spanish aid to Fred Olsen open for input in EU

Last May, the EU competition authority opened an in-depth probe following a ruling by the General Court that scrapped its 2015 decision. In that decision, the commission found that the conditions for the use of publicly financed infrastructure in Puerto de las Nieves didn't amount to state aid in favor of Fred Olsen.
