EFTA Court denies Schenker access to Posten Norge inspection documents

( November 25, 2014, 10:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Judges at the European Free Trade Association's court have denied logistics company DB Schenker access to documents that EFTA antitrust officials seized during dawn raids at Posten Norge, Norway’s postal incumbent. The court said the action was inadmissible because it targeted the authority’s initial decision on Feb. 7, 2013 to deny the documents, and not a “confirmatory” decision. DB Schenker has been seeking information to back up a damages lawsuit in Norway against the postal company.The order in case E-4/13 is attached....
