Roxul files reply in support of summary judgment against Armstrong Worldwide

Roxul argues that Armstrong fails to address whether the clause in its sales agreements preventing dealings with Roxul may substantially lessen competition, and instead attempts to “confuse and muddle the legal differences between claims under the Clayton Act and the Sherman Act.”See document below....
