Lineage Logistics' play for Cold Storage Nelson faces in-depth review in New Zealand

In a statement of preliminary issues published today, the New Zealand Commerce Commission also said it would be investigating whether the deal would make coordination in the industry more likely. Submissions to the new phase of the review will be accepted until May 4.
