Momenta, Sandoz accuse Amphastar of violating protective orders in Enoxaparin case

( January 14, 2019, 22:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Momenta Pharmaceuticals and Sandoz filed a motion for sanctions against Amphastar Pharmaceuticals for violating protective orders. They say that Amphastar violated the orders when its prior counsel impermissibly disclosed documents produced by Momenta as outside counsel only to Amphastar’s founder, Jack Zhang, “who is in no way permitted to have access to or otherwise see the information.” The case was filed by Amphastar, accusing the companies of conspiring to maintain a monopoly in the market for the anticoagulant drug Enoxaparin.See document below....
