The MACC discovered that the woman, an assistant director of a division at a ministry, used her connections with a businessman to transfer money linked to shady transactions between Kotamas and the businessman. She and four board members of Kotamas obtained hundreds of thousands of ringgit in commissions by registering cooperative borrowers under a multi-level marketing company....
