Google to move for judgment as matter of law, new trial in Epic Games' antitrust case over Play Store

( January 11, 2024, 23:37 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Google told a California federal judge it anticipates filing a motion for judgment as a matter of law and a motion for a new trial over antitrust allegations from Epic Games that the tech giant eliminated competition in the distribution of Android apps using myriad contractual and technical barriers, according to a joint statement.
