Grab Philippines claims it has complied with antitrust agency's refund order

In a statement responding to the regulator's order for it to immediately release 19.3 million pesos in unclaimed refunds by April 22, the company said it cannot directly credit the GrabPay wallets of users who have yet to complete the know-your-customer process required by the central bank.
