All ministries, state-owned companies and agencies will have to put their data into this system, which can be accessed in real time by the Ministry of Transparency. This initiative puts additional pressure and monitoring on governmental entities to ensure that sanctions are imposed on corrupt companies and to guarantee a reasonable duration for the administrative processes....
