Plaintiffs bringing US antitrust claims against Pet Emergency Clinic ask US appeals court for rehearing

In December, the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit affirmed a summary judgment against plaintiffs’ claims, which plaintiffs argue conflicts with Supreme Court precedent. They said that the panel failed to favorably construe the substantial evidence they presented showing that their stock and the stock of referral and assistance sources market-wide was controlled and directly targeted by the companies.See document below. ...
