Orbital Sciences-ATK deal closing date pushed to February

( November 18, 2014, 14:50 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Orbital Sciences' plan to merge its aerospace and defense groups with fellow aerospace products company Alliant Techsystems is expected to close in February 2015, Alliant said in a regulatory filing Tuesday. The deal, which got a request for additional information from the US Department of Justice last month, was expected to be delayed until January.
