Booking.com resolves antitrust probe in Japan, while JFTC continues to monitor narrow parity clauses

But the Japan Fair Trade Commission said that the company's narrow price-parity clauses, which prevent hotels from showing lower prices on their own websites, could be problematic and that it would continue to monitor them.
