Ninestar Corp. files amended complaint in case seeking removal from US forced-labor list

( December 6, 2023, 11:59 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Ninestar Corp., which makes and sells printer cartridges, filed an amended complaint against the US government over the addition of the company and eight of its subsidiaries to a list of entities participating in business practices targeting minorities in Xinjiang, China. The listing was made with no explanation, the company alleges, and Ninestar said it is unaware of any facts relating to its business that supports such an allegation.
