Ericsson says HTC can't try for arbitration again

( January 30, 2019, 22:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Ericsson filed an opposition to HTC’s request for US District Judge Rodney Gilstrap to reconsider granting its motion to sever and compel arbitration regarding two of Ericsson's counterclaims. The company says that the court has already rightly determined that it, and not an arbitrator, must determine whether HTC waived its right to arbitrate.See document below....
