By Amy Miller ( September 3, 2013, 23:00 GMT | Insight) -- A federal jury in San Francisco found HannStar liable and Toshiba not liable for violating federal and state antitrust laws by conspiring with other manufacturers to fix the prices of liquid crystal display panels.
