Tech companies say Ninth Circuit decision allows for censorship via unreasonable copyright takedown notices

The companies argue that the Ninth Circuit's view that a copyright holder only need a subjective good-faith belief that a given use is not authorized by law before sending a takedown notice incentivizes copyright owners to remain uninformed about the limits of their rights and results in free speech being unreasonably silenced.   See document below. ...
