TTM, Viasystems resubmit US antitrust filing

( November 10, 2014, 16:08 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: US printed circuit board maker TTM Technologies on Oct. 31 withdrew its US antitrust paperwork for its proposed acquisition of rival Viasystems and refiled the required notification on Nov. 4. It's estimated the new deadline under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act will be Dec. 4. TTM and Viasystems have agreed to submit a joint voluntary notice with the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, or CFIUS, seeking a written notice from CFIUS clearing the merger.Extract....
