Spanish Competition Authority: CNC includes UNESA in electricity sector infringement procedure

( February 4, 2010, 16:42 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Spanish competition authority has included the Spanish association for the electrical industry UNESA, as well as new anticompetitive behaviour charges in its infringement procedure on alleged anticompetitive behaviour in the electricity sector. The new charges consist of a strategy for coordinating the sector leading to obstacles in the switching of electricity suppliers.
