Unlike Microsoft-Activision, where the UK regulator’s initial block contrasted with that of the EU watchdog, they were on the same page with Adobe and Figma, and the US didn't seem far behind. The accumulation of objections and continued uncertainty over the timing brought Adobe and Figma to the understandable conclusion that it just wasn’t worth the fight.
